Coastal Renaissance Company – Gulfport, Mississippi
- Local representative of company established to respond to Gulfport, Mississippi’s Request for Qualification (RFQ) for a master developer after Hurricane Katrina
- Scope included three main parcels: VA Hospital site, Small Craft Harbor and downtown library site
- CRC members included Henry Turley Company and Locally Global Investments (Memphis, Tennessee)
- Provided oversight of political relations
- Assisted with financial and market analysis, as well as design and historical preservation analysis of Veteran’s Administration Hospital site
- Prepared written response to RFQ and participated in presentation to city officials
- CRC was ultimately selected, but could not come to an agreement with Gulfport on a contract for services
