Value Added Development
Many distressed assets are not immediately ready for sale, occupancy or use. These assets require further development in order to maximize their value.
Value Added Development Services may include:
- Making physical improvements to the site (e.g. new or improved structures or amenities)
- Installing utilities, roadways and other infrastructure
- Building-out commercial spaces
- Working through entitlement issues (e.g. zoning changes or development order extensions)
