Broadwater – Biloxi, Mississippi

Coastal Renaissance Company, LLC – Gulfport, Mississippi

Local representative of company established to respond to Gulfport, Mississippi’s Request for Qualification (RFQ) for a master developer after Hurricane Katrina
Services included: Oversight of political relations; financial, design and market analysis; oversight of historical preservation analysis of Veteran’s Administration hospital site); and sales and marketing (preparation of response to RFQ and presentation to city officials)

Presidio Yacht Club – Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Assisted client in determining the feasibility of purchasing the remaining unsold condominiums in a completed condominium project
Services included: Analysis of local and surrounding markets, building and marina, and condominium documents; sales and marketing, including assistance with bulk purchase pricing and strategy; and creation of a plan for the project turnaround and individual sales

CBRE Atlanta/Mississippi Power Company – Gulfport, Mississippi

Worked as local representative for CB Richard Ellis of Atlanta determining the locations for Mississippi Power’s new operations and storm center
Services included: Analysis of local market; sales and marketing as CB Richard Ellis’ local representative; use of CBRE criteria to locate site that was ultimately purchased and where storm center currently resides

Viento Beach – Port St. Joe, Florida

Worked on local entitlements for the controlling investor group of this proposed mixed-use development
Services included: Design and financial analysis; and added value with development. This included oversight of the extension of development order and creation and approval of Planned Unit Development (PUD) ordinance

REO Gaming Asset – Biloxi, Mississippi

Asked by lender to analyze recently foreclosed 1.93 acres (10 parcel) gaming-entitled parcel located along Back Bay in Biloxi, Mississippi
Services included: Analysis of appraisals and local gaming market and sales and marketing, which included assisting with the disposition strategy for property, interviewing local REALTORS, recommending a broker to list the property for sale
